Common questions
How do I measure a room?
Open a job, add a room, and follow the on-screen prompts: point your camera at the floor, aim at each corner and tap "Place Point", then tap "Close Shape" when done. Move slowly and keep the floor well lit for the best results.
How accurate are the measurements?
On devices with LiDAR, measurements are typically within 1-2% of a tape measure. On other devices, expect 3-5%. Always verify critical cuts with a tape measure.
Which phones are supported?
Android phones need ARCore support (most phones from 2019 or later). iPhones need iOS 14 or later with an A12 chip or newer.
What are credits?
Saving a measured room uses 1 credit. New accounts start with free credits. You can see your balance and usage history on the Billing screen in the app.
