New accounts get 25 free credits. Saving a measured room uses 1 credit. Buy one-time credit packs on the web portal whenever you need more — no subscription required. Teams can share one organization credit pool.
How accurate are AR measurements?
On devices with LiDAR (iPhone Pro, iPad Pro), measurements are typically within 1-2% of tape measure readings. On standard devices, expect 3-5% accuracy. We always recommend verifying critical cuts with a tape measure.
Does it work on my phone?
FloorBuddy works on most modern smartphones. Android devices need ARCore support (most phones from 2019+). iPhones need iOS 14+ with an A12 chip or newer.
Can I use it without internet?
Yes. Measurements, jobs, and calculations all work offline. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How do I share quotes with clients?
After completing a measurement, tap Share to send the full job summary via text, email, or any sharing app on your phone.
